Hey friends! I am so excited to share my first layout using the new Fairy Garden collection from Doodlebug Design!
I trimmed down the Pink Posies 12×12 pattern paper and adhered to a piece of white textured cardstock from Doodlebug Design. I pulled out all the Fairy Garden embellishments to fill in the line between the pattern paper and the white cardstock. I used icon stickers, mini icons and odds & ends. Some embellishments are popped up on foam adhesive to add dimension.
The Doodlebug Design Garden Flowers go perfect with this collection so I put together a few of them to add to the layout. I matted my photos using a pink paper from the Fairy Garden 6×6 paper pad and popped it up on foam tape.
For the title I found two chit chat pieces that were perfect for my photos and they are popped up with foam tape. I added a few speech bubbles that had rainbow colors to match the photos of Alyssa’s Rainbow party!
This layout was so fun to put together and the design is so simple but I love all the little embellishments I was able to get onto this page! I would love to see you create a diagonal design like this using your Doodlebug Design stash!

I really wanted to use the brand new Pumpkin Spice collection from Doodlebug Design and a fun cut file from Jillibean Soup available in the Silhouette Design Store! The collection and the cut file are the perfect match and I had so much fun backing this cut file using the Pumpkin Spice 6×6 paper pad! I picked out a handful of patterns I wanted to use and stuck with those papers to back the cut file. I try to pick out my papers before I get started and I usually stick with 3-5 different papers so it does not get to crazy!
I love using big title cut files like this on my layouts. It helps me to use a lot of different pattern papers and colors and make a big statement on my page.
I had some fun selfies from when I had my first pumpkin spice latte of 2020! I just had to take a photo right!? I also tried one of the Starbucks pumpkin cream cheese muffins! YUM! It was so good! I printed my photos at home and they are just under a 2×2 size. I added them to the top of the cut file and added in some Pumpkin Spice stickers and die cuts to each side of the photo.
I think it is so fun to see the little faces on these icons peeking out around the cut file! I had so much fun working with this collection! It has the perfect color palette for fall photos! Here is a look at my completed layout!

Hey friends! I am back with a new layout for Doodlebug Design using the Hey Cupcake collection! I really wanted to show off some of the 12×12 pattern paper in this layout so I decided to create some sun ray strips! This is a great way to use a lot of pattern paper and use up some scraps.
I started out by picking the papers I wanted to use. I trimmed each piece down to 3×12 rectangles. Once all my pieces were cut out I cut them into triangles using my Fiskars paper trimmer. I distressed the edges of each triangle using the edge of my scissors to add some texture.
I used a ruler to mark the center of my American Crafts white cardstock background and began to adhere my strips of pattern paper down. The strips will hang over the edge of the background cardstock so you will just need to trim them down with some scissors once everything is down. Once everything was stuck down I got to work on my photo. I used a photo from my daughters birthday party a few years ago. I cut it out using the Doodlebug Design Nesting Scallops die. I also cut out a piece of pattern paper from the Hey Cupcake 6×6 paper pad using the same die. I positioned my framed photo towards the bottom of the page where the strips ends meet.
I really wanted the rays of pattern paper to appear as if they were coming out form the top of the photo. I popped the photo up on some foam adhesive from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L and started to add some odds & ends around my photo. I used the super cute acetate balloons included in the Hey Cupcake odds & ends pack around the top of my photo. I like that you can still see the pattern paper through the balloons.
For my title I used one of the Hey Cupcake chit chat pieces and placed it at the bottom of my photo with some foam squares. I pulled out the super cute sprinkles from the collection to add around the bottom of the page as well. I love how it turned it out. Here is a look at my completed layout.

Welcome to the Clique Kits March Blog Share! If you have arrived from the Clique Kits blog then you are in the right spot! This month we are sharing projects created with the March 2015 Clique Kit J’adodre.
This months challenge was to add a pop of neon to our projects which was pretty simple with the We R Memory Keepers Clearly Bold additions to the kit! I created two layouts to share today using this months kit. For my first layout I also pulled out the Kesi Art Geometric Heart Die that is available in the Clique Kits Shop and cut out a bunch of hearts from the beautiful paper in this kit! This die cuts so nice and is one of my new favorite dies!
I added a few embellishments to some of the hearts and added some black ink drops around the page and that was it. I love how it turned out and I love the look of the die cut hearts! My next layout is documenting my best friend and I. The photo was taken about 4 years ago on my birthday and we were out celebrating! We have always been party girls so I wanted to document this wild night we had! The Clique Kits exclusive flair was the perfect wild touch to the layout and the bold patterns match our style perfectly!
Not only do we have the fabulous blog share we are also revealing our April 2015 kit! Take a look at Happy Everything!
