Welcome welcome welcome to the Clique Kits April Blog Share!! This month the kit featured the Life in Color collection from Simple Stories! We are so excited to be featuring this collection since we have a deep love for Simple Stories and the amazing Amber Crowell! You should have arrived from Gia’s blog but if you were just stopping by today you can start the hop from the beginning by CLICKING HERE!
How about we get to my layout so you can get along with this hop! So much inspiration to see in this hop! Please remember to comment along the way because you have a chance to win an April kit of your own!! Awesome!
So recently I am a little obsessed with this new stamp set we have in the called Happy Art by Precious Remembrance! I have been creating my own backgrounds with this stamp and I love it!
I used the Yay! stamp that comes in the set and stamped it out on my 12×12 paper. I did mask off half of the paper and used black ink to stamp out the word and then stamped it out once in yellow ink! I had a few small scraps of the yellow and white stripe paper that came in the kit and wanted the yellow to pop!(Thanks for that suggestion Sandy!) The photo I am documenting is of the Clique Co Founders in the Simple Stories both at CHA 2015! My first time at CHA and first time getting to meet the Simple Stories crew! Pretty awesome!
I added a handful of different layers behind the photo and of coarse had to use the beautiful yellow enamel hearts from Bella Blvd!! Look for more colors coming to the shop soon! Here is a look at my finished layout!
To get your hands on the April 2016 Clique Kit or the Happy Art stamp set head on over to the Clique Kits shop HERE! Your next stop in the hop is Lacey! Enjoy the rest of the hop and to check out my process you can check out the video down below!

Love that you stamped out your own background. I like to do that because NO ONE else will have the exact same thing.
